When we open our hearts and mind, the road to healing can begin.
Meet Stephanie
My passion to support others in their journey of self-discovery and healing compelled me to become a Registered Psychotherapist. Based in the Niagara Region, I offer virtual and in-person services to children, teens, and adults.
With over eight years of experience, I bring a grounded, client-centered approach to my work. Connecting with others and helping them feel better—as quickly and sustainably as possible—is at the heart of what I do. I'm trained in evidence-based treatments including Direct Neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, and mind-body interventions. While these tools are powerful, I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real change.
As a mother of three, I understand firsthand the challenges of parenting at every stage. I've rebuilt after divorce, navigated life as a single parent, juggled university with small children, and grown up in the shadow of addiction. These lived experiences allow me to connect with clients in a real, compassionate way—because I know what it's like to juggle healing with real life.

Meet Aubrey
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with Qualifying status. I have completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child and Youth Studies, at Brock University. Additionally, I've been trained in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM).
I have work experience with local organizations including services for: individuals with trauma, individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, Young Caregivers, individuals with special needs, and youth experiencing homelessness. These opportunities have provided me with a meaningful experience working with adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals who are seeking support for a variety of reasons related to their mental, social, and/or physical well-being. These experiences also contribute to informing my therapeutic practice.
I'm interested in holistic, trauma-informed, client-centered, strength-based, and cognitive behavioural based, approaches to therapy. I recognize the importance of each clients’ individual needs when creating a treatment plan, and working together with clients to understand what positive well-being looks like for them.

Meet Saddaf
I would first and foremost love to introduce myself as a fellow human. One which believes that things get better and also knows some days it certainly does not feel that way. I hope to take several decades of therapeutic interventions and learning and filter it through the lens of empathy, relatability, and compassion from my own experiences. I also value inclusivity and social justice for racialized, neurodiverse, and marginalized individuals and communities. I truly believe the pursuit for social justice and hope may be endless and will always be worth it. I am passionate about presenting
information in an accessible and collaborative way to support your coping and growth process. I actively work on presenting strategies that are simple, realistic, and sustainable to focus on getting you connected to what is valuable to you.
My clinical interests are:
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Mindfulness and Grounding
Depression and Anxiety
Neurodivergence and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Racialization and Social Justice Issues
Post-Traumatic Growth
My formal training has been life-changing throughout my own journey and I hope to contribute to yours by offering effective strategies, practicing humility, and maintaining hope throughout the therapeutic process.
